As a busy mom of 5, I am no stranger to hectic days, ever changing schedules, and unpredictability. I had to find a way to prioritize my health while balancing my family, and I want to help you do the same.
I started my fitness journey as a way to take control of my mental health after miscarrying in October 2023. I had hit rock bottom both physically and mentally - I knew I needed a change. I decided it was time to take a realistic and sustainable approach to fitness.
Over the course of 14 months, I lost over 100 pounds through diet, exercise, and consistency. While losing weight was one of my main motivators in the beginning of my journey, I quickly became obsessed with seeing how strong and capable my body could be. Now I’m here to share my passion, knowledge, and guidance to help you become the best version of yourself while enjoying every step of the way!
